Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Elizabethtown, KY location. The Customer Service Representative will address client inquiries, provide solutions to customer needs, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a professional and client-focused approach, handling phone, email, and in-person communications, and supporting administrative tasks related to customer service. Candidates will collaborate with internal teams to achieve the company’s customer service goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practicesStrong skills in enhancing Customer Experience and fostering positive customer relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to address client inquiries and resolve issuesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer-focused environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage customer recordsBasic computer skills, including familiarity with email, CRM systems, and office softwarePrevious customer service experience in insurance or similar industries is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage
