Join us today, and experience a career well lived.SummaryThe Mental Health Worker, in collaboration with the Clinical team provides therapeutic services to individuals and direct families to aid a client in challenges of living with the goal of increasing an individual’s sense of own well-being.Essential Job FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.Collaborates with the Clinical Team to provide individual, and family therapies using various treatment modalitiesParticipates in the development of the treatment planDepending on client needs and abilities, supervises, teaches/and or models daily living activitiesCollaborates with the Clinical Team to provide specific interventions as specified by the treatment plan to stabilize the child or adolescent.Completes and submits client service documentation in an accurate, comprehensive and timely manner.Participates with the Clinical Team in scheduled meetings to discuss treatment strategies and services.Participates in the 24 hour/7 day a week on call schedule. Responds to calls in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
