Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center - The purpose of this position is to provide an effective program to monitor quality of care provided to residents in the facility.To provide an effective program of orientation and staff development.To Supervise the infection control program.Develop, review and revise the facility Quality Assessment and Assurance program to comply with regulatory requirements.Identify quality of resident care concerns, schedule and implement monitoring systems.Review facility policies and procedures and make recommendations for revision to improve the quality of residents care.QualificationsGraduate of approved nursing programCurrent/active license as a registered nurse in PATwo years of professional nursing experienceKnowledge of PDPMKnowledge of Medicare GuidelinesFamiliarity with Federal and State Long Term Care RequirementsPossesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
