Job DescriptionJob Title: Commercial HVAC Service TechnicianLocation: Chantilly, VAPay: $35 - $50/hr (DOE)Position Summary:The HVAC Technician performs maintenance and repairs on medium to large HVAC systems and controls. This role ensures high-quality service, safe work practices, and professional customer interaction.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including RTUs, heat pumps, DX systems, and control systemsComplete preventive maintenance and inspections per service agreementsDocument work using mobile technologies and follow customer-specific protocols (e.g., IVR systems, work order logs)Maintain clean and professional appearance of self, tools, vehicle, and jobsiteCommunicate work status regularly with service coordinatorsAttend required meetings and training sessionsAdhere to all safety and company policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications:State Journeyman or Master License (Preferred)EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required)3+ years of HVAC service experience.Familiarity with BOCA Code and OSHA regulations.Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.Customer-focused, self-motivated, and reliable.Flexible to work variable shifts, including nights/weekends/overtime.Valid Driver's License & clean driving record.
