This role brings brand standards to life through compelling, high-quality creative that enhances website experience, strengthens community positioning, and supports performance marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Brand & Creative Manager and VP of Marketing Operations & Integration, this role ensures visual excellence, consistency, and speed of execution across websites, paid media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. This position plays a critical role in ensuring Northwood Ravin's digital presence is visually best-in-class, competitive within each market, and aligned to the company's premium positioning.As a Brand and Digital Designer, your primarily responsibilities include:Website and Digital CreativeDesign and refresh website visuals to ensure each property is competitive within its marketCreate landing page designs and visual layouts aligned to brand standardsDevelop digital creative for paid media, display advertising, and social campaignsDesign email templates and marketing automation visualsCollaborate with the Digital team to support creative testing and performance optimizationCampaign & Marketing SupportSupport quarterly website enhancements and digital advancementsAdapt creative assets for multiple platforms while maintaining quality and consistencyBrand Execution & Visual ConsistencyElevate the luxury perception of each asset through strong visual storytellingEnsure consistency in typography, photography, layout, and visual hierarchy across digital platformsSupport new community launches with cohesive and compelling creative assetsMaintain and organize digital asset libraries portfolio-wideWhat you bring to the role:Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, digital-first design work3-5 years of Graphic Design experience (agency experience preferred)Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred but not requiredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaExperience designing for websites, digital campaigns, and paid mediaUnderstanding of visual hierarchy, user behavior, and digital design best practicesExperience working within established brand guidelinesAbility to manage multiple projects across divisions with strong attention to detailCollaborative mindset and openness to feedback from performance and operations teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, effective interaction.Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.A polished, professional appearance with the ability to represent the brand with pride.A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a focus on growth.What our culture brings to you:When you join Northwood Ravin, you are not just taking a job but becoming part of a community that values your well-being and professional growth.
