Transload Operator - Conway, SC

Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling & OperationsPerform all shift roles required at both Conway and Whitesville locations.Transfer materials from railcars to trucks using forklifts, grapple trucks, conveyors, pumps, and other equipment.Ensure proper alignment and secure connections between railcars and unloading systems.Operate mobile and fixed equipment safely and efficiently.Meet loading deadlines and adhere to shift schedules.Equipment & SafetyConduct pre‑shift inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.Complete job safety analyses and report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues.Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.Maintain compliance with OSHA, FRA, and environmental safety standards.Coordinate with truck drivers, rail crews, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate logs of materials handled, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.Use basic computer systems to enter data and generate reports.Benefits: R.
