The company offers opportunities to grow skills in leasing, property operations, and resident relations.Role Description This is a full-time, Leasing Agent role based in the Greenville–Spartanburg–Anderson, South Carolina area. The Leasing Agent will answer company phone, follow-up woth all leads in a timely basis, conduct property tours around the Upstate of SC, and provide accurate information about available units, amenities, pricing, and lease terms. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone and emal inquiries, following up with leads, and guiding applicants through the rental application and approval process. The role includes preparing and processing lease documents, collecting required documentation, and ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with company policies. The Leasing Agent will support move-in and move-out procedures, maintain up-to-date listings and marketing materials, and collaborate with maintenance and management teams to address resident needs and maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.Qualifications Leasing expertise, including experience with leases and residential leasing, and the ability to clearly explain lease terms and conditions.Property Management and lease administration skills to support day-to-day operations, documentation, and compliance.Strong customer service skills, with a focus on professional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building with prospective and current residents.Ability to work while on the go, including conducting property tours, inspections & coordinating with maintenance, and supporting move-ins and move-outs.Comfort using basic property management software, email, and office productivity tools.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.Prior leasing or multifamily housing experience is preferred, especially in the Greenville–Spartanburg–Anderson area or similar markets.
