Associate Designer

We seek a creative and passionate Fashion Designer Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of current trends, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about fashion and eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist the lead designer in creating and developing new designs for a young contemporary line.Conduct market research to identify current trends, fabrics, and techniques.Create sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new designs.Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.Prepare and present design concepts and mood boards.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.Assist in coordinating fashion shows, photoshoots, and other promotional events.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.3 -4 years of experience in fashion design.Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong understanding of garment construction and textiles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.The ability to speak Korean is a plus.Thrive in a multi-ethnic and multi-generational work environment.* Visit us at peachloveca.com and fantasticfawn.com
