The company provides a technical platform for monitoring and improving AI performance for enterprise-level clients. The small, engineering-led team works directly with customers to refine product offerings and address complex data integration challenges within the evolving AI landscape.

About the Role: This backend-heavy engineering position involves defining architecture and delivering end-to-end features for an enterprise AI platform. As an early team member, you will have significant ownership over core infrastructure, data pipelines, and enterprise-facing systems. The role requires building robust backend services while also developing the frontend components needed to ship complete features. You will collaborate directly with enterprise customers to translate technical requirements into scalable product improvements, moving from initial design to production deployment.

What You'll Do: Develop core backend systems including data models, job queues, and monitoring pipelines. Manage end-to-end enterprise integrations, including authentication, webhooks, and data synchronization. Design and ship production features from initial concept through to deployment. Implement rate limiting, retries, and backfill logic for high-reliability data processing. Collaborate with customers to diagnose technical issues and transform requests into product features. Build user interface components using React to support full-stack feature releases. Iterate on product design based on direct customer feedback and production performance. What You Bring3 to 6 years of experience as a backend-leaning full-stack engineer. Professional experience in both large-scale corporate environments and early-stage startups with fewer than 50 employees. Proven history of owning data models, pipelines, or enterprise integrations in production. Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and React. Experience building production systems for enterprise customers. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in a professional environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfers.

Nice to Haves: Experience as a company founder or active participation in hackathons. Experience with AI agent evaluation or Large Language Model (LLM) systems.

Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000.

Equity: 0.2% – 0.7%.
