Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst – ManufacturingResponsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash application, credit memos, and adjustmentsMonitor and analyze customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve past-due balancesInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, short payments, and deductions in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and OperationsPrepare and maintain AR aging reports, collection metrics, and cash flow forecastsReconcile AR subledger to the general ledger and support month-end and year-end close activitiesProcess customer payments via ACH, wire, lockbox, and checksMaintain accurate customer master data, including credit limits and payment termsEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirementsSupport continuous process improvement initiatives within AR and Order-to-Cash functionsUtilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to execute daily AR transactions and reportingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2+ years of accounts receivable experience, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume environmentHands-on experience with SAP or Oracle strongly preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
