Join SolarWinds and grow with us!  OverviewSolarWinds is seeking a seasoned Lead HRBP to support our North America Go-To-Market organization. This is a senior-level HR business partner role for someone who brings strong business acumen, deep HRBP capability, and the judgment to influence leaders through growth, change, and ambiguity.The ideal candidate is an experienced partner to senior business leaders who can quickly diagnose organizational needs, develop strategic solutions, operationalize those solutions, lead implementation, and measure success over time. This person must balance empathy with pragmatism, bring broad employee relations expertise, and build trusted, credible relationships across their business groups. Required Qualifications7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience, including direct support of business teamsPHR or SPHR certification required, or equivalent HR certification/credentialDemonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic HRBP capacityProven ability to diagnose organizational concerns, build strategic solutions, operationalize them, implement them, and measure outcomesStrong organizational design and workforce planning capabilityBroad employee relations experience, including complex and sensitive mattersStrong business partnership skills with a proven track record of building excellent working relationships with client groupsAbility to balance empathy and pragmatism in decision-making and partnershipStrong influencing, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting North America GTM organizationsExperience in a private company environmentBackground in high-growth, evolving, or transformation-oriented organizationsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to connect people insights to business decisionsCandidate ProfileThe right candidate is equal parts strategist and operator.
