Inside Sales Representative

We are searching for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with strong experience in fabrication projects. This role consists of selling custom, made-to-order products (like metal parts, structures) by understanding the clients needs. The day-to-day duties will include collaborating with engineering/production managers, creating technical quotes, and managing accounts to drive revenue. This opportunity will need an excellent communicator, negotiator, and a strong knowledgeable candidate to bridge client specifics with manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and follow up on inbound inquiries and visiting industry events/trade shows. Engage with prospective clients through warm calling and telemarketing strategies to promote our products and services. Negotiate terms and close sales deals with B2B clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Meet with clients (architects, engineers, owners) to understand detailed project requirements, often involving blueprints/schematics. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and document sales activities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology products and services to effectively communicate value propositions Skills Needed: (2 years) Experience with fabrication projects developments and processes. (3 years) Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles. (1 year) Familiarity with target markets (aerospace, construction, industrial) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships Monday to Friday $65k salary plus future commissions Benefits are applicable after probation period is completed: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, and more.
