All with a platform mindsetDefine product requirements, work with engineering teams in sprint planning and prioritization of user stories to deliver the requirements, work with other stakeholders on planning and launching the products/featuresEngage and cultivate relationships with product, engineering, and platform partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offsCommunicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams and organizations through formal operational processesWhat We Look For5+ years experience in Product ManagementAbility to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones to drive consensus in cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate customer problems and drive alignment with cross-functional teams and leadershipComfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organizationThe ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plansExcellent at identifying and prioritizing high impact initiativesExperience developing data-driven strategies for streamlining and improving operations - all without sacrificing product qualityFamiliarity with a highly regulated industry preferredBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, or other related fields; or equivalent practical experiencePay and BenefitsPay Grade - NEquity Grade - 8Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $190,000 - $240,000USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $169,000 - $219,000Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company! Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
