The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full engineering lifecycle of AI-optimized data centers, from conceptual design to system integration and commissioning. This role demands a visionary leader with a hands-on approach, capable of driving innovation in high-density, GPU-accelerated environments and overseeing the architecture and implementation of advanced infrastructure systems. The Head of Data Center Engineering will also be tasked with building and managing a multidisciplinary engineering organization, defining global engineering standards, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects in partnership with various stakeholders.Applicants for the Head of Data Center Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data center, semiconductor, or mission-critical infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale, high-density data center environments. The role requires a deep technical vision in areas such as thermodynamics, power systems, and energy management, as well as expertise in advanced cooling technologies and system-level optimization. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory, with an advanced degree or PE license being preferred. The ideal candidate will also have experience in modular, prefabricated, or hyperscale data center design, and a strong background in scaling engineering teams and processes for global deployment.
