Your work blends coordination, education, and problem-solving as you guide employees and leaders through health programs, injury management, and regulatory requirements. You'll regularly navigate sensitive situations, interpret compliance standards, and juggle competing priorities while maintaining a calm, confident presence. Collaboration is central to the role, with close partnerships across leadership, Human Resources, Infection Prevention, medical staff, and external partners.
