The Laborer will assist with the hands-on execution of construction and design projects. Daily responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, operation of tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical labor and the ability to collaborate on a variety of residential and commercial design-build projects.QualificationsProficiency in construction-related tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and general laborExperience with tools and equipment operation, maintaining tool safety and functionalityAbility to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team membersCommitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace in compliance with safety standardsReliable, punctual, and capable of working in challenging physical environmentsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationExperience in construction or design-build projects is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
