Registered Dental Hygienist

Compensation is based on expierence and ranges from $45-52 an hour.BENEFITSDental8 Paid holidaysRetirement PlanAnnual BonusUniform AllowanceAnnual CE allowanceEXPECTATIONSNew patient appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes to allow for comprehensive exams, complete diagnostics, and thorough patient education. Pediatric appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, and hygiene re-care appointments are scheduled for 1 hour minutes to support efficient, focused preventive care. The practice operates out of 5 operatories, with 2 dedicated exclusively to hygiene to ensure consistent flow and a strong preventive care model.RESPONSIBILITIESConducting oral health assessments, performing cleanings & educating patients on oral hygiene practices.Demonstrate excellent patient communication skills, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.Work closely with dentists, and support staff, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.Managing patient records, and maintaining sterilization protocols.Patient Education & Scheduling: Provide clear oral health guidance to patients while efficiently coordinating follow-up appointments and maintaining a smooth, organized schedule.QUALIFICATIONSValid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist.1+ years of clinical experience, preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMaintaining an optimistic outlook fosters a supportive and encouraging work environment.Company Description Dentex Strategies is a dental recruitment partner committed to more than just placements.
