Building a great company is hard work but work-life balance is also important.ResponsibilitiesJoin client calls to understand unique customer workflows and business requirementsIdeate and architect solutions for implementing Candor's healthcare data into client systemsServe as the technical expert explaining our API, flat file exports, and UI capabilities to customersMaintain and update the comprehensive data dictionary and documentationSet up and configure custom data exports tailored to individual client needsImplement last-mile technical solutions to ensure seamless data integration for clientsAct as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinating across internal engineering teamsCollaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical requirementsProvide technical consultation during the sales process and post-implementation supportStay up-to-date on healthcare data standards and client integration best practicesCreate clear technical documentation, integration guides, and solution proposals for stakeholdersTroubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution to customer technical challengesQualifications3+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical rolesProficient in SQL, with experience writing complex queries for data validation, transformation, and troubleshootingStrong background in APIs, data integration, and technical solution designSkilled at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHands-on experience with structured data formats (JSON, CSV, XML) and relational databasesFamiliarity with CRM systems, data pipelines, and customer success or support platformsDetail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset; skilled at active listening and translating customer needs into technical solutionsProactive in identifying opportunities for product improvements, technical automation, or enhanced customer outcomesExperience with healthcare workflows, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC2, CMS), payer systems, provider data, or interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
