Network Administrator
SILVER CLOUD HOTELS is looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and motivated Network Administrator to join our Corporate Office team and help support the systems that keep our hotels connected, secure, and operating at their best.

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Network Administrator participates in the administration, maintenance, security, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure across corporate and hotel environments. This role serves as the primary technical resource for enterprise networking while also administering Windows server infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, virtualization, and end-user computing, supporting the technology that enables Silver Cloud Hotels to deliver on its standard of Friendliness and Cleanliness. The Network Administrator proactively manages, monitors, secures, and optimizes the organization’s network infrastructure while also maintaining critical server systems and cloud platforms, troubleshooting escalated technical issues, supporting business-critical hospitality applications, and participating in infrastructure modernization and security initiatives.
Success in this role requires strong knowledge of networking combined with systems administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented approach to supporting both technical and non-technical users, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal IT staff and external vendors.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
EXPERIENCE:
o Two to five years of network administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or related IT experience. Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments preferred
o Microsoft, WatchGuard, Hyper-V, networking, cybersecurity, or cloud certifications
o Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Hyper-V virtualization, file services, and Microsoft 365 technologies
o Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure including managed switches, VLANs, routing, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, firewalls, WAN/ISP connectivity, and internet services
o Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, redundancy, and security while ensuring reliable operation of supporting server infrastructure
o Perform system monitoring, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening across servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and cloud services
o Administer, support, and troubleshoot hotel technology systems and business applications, including property management systems, point-of-sale systems, guest internet platforms, access control, surveillance, telecommunications, payment-related systems, and other operational software and interfaces used across hotel properties
o Participate in after-hours maintenance activities and on-call rotation for critical network, server, and infrastructure support
o Valid driver’s license required for travel between properties - Required
EDUCATION: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
COMPENSATION
Salary Range is $88,000 - $95,000 per hour and is based on applicable experience and work history.
