Commercial Superintendent - Charleston, SC

The Superintendent will lead commercial construction projects in the Charleston, SC market, overseeing day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion. Description Lead all onsite construction activities and field operations. Manage subcontractors, inspections, scheduling, and site logistics. Coordinate directly with Project Managers and design-build partners. Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, safety, and budget expectations. Run daily planning meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings. Maintain strong communication with owners, inspectors, and consultants. Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, organized job sites. Profile A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Experience with ground-up and renovation commercial projects. Design-build experience is a strong plus. Strong understanding of site logistics, scheduling, and trade coordination. Hands-on leadership style with active site presence. Strong communication skills with owners, subs, and internal teams. Local to or able to work full-time in the Charleston, SC area.
