Job Title: Yoga Instructor.Location: Yoga sessions are held at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness CenterSchedule: 4 Yoga classes per week are requiredThese classes are also scheduled within the general operation hours of Monday through Friday, 06:00 to 18:00Duties:As a Yoga instructor, you will guide participants through yoga practices focused on flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.Lead sessions that incorporate various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practicesProvide modifications and adjustments to ensure all participants, regardless of skill level, can follow along safelyCreate a calm and welcoming environment conducive to physical and mental wellnessEmphasize proper form and alignment to prevent injuryQualifications:Must hold a current certification in Yoga instruction from a recognized organizationCPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is requiredExperience teaching yoga classes is strongly preferredPowered by JazzHRs8RP2hqit5
