Job DescriptionSeeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production by improving processes, solving shop floor challenges, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructionsTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actionsPartner with operations to reduce setup time and improve cycle efficiencyEvaluate processes to identify inefficiencies and quality concernsCreate and maintain drawings, process documentation, and travelersProvide CAD support for manufacturing and machining activitiesQualifications5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering roleStrong knowledge of metalworking processes and shop floor practicesSolid understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawingsExperience with tolerance analysis, fixturing, and process control conceptsComfortable using precision measuring tools and interpreting inspection resultsAble to work independently and communicate effectively across teamsMust be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.Resumes can be confidentially sent to eli.stader@gogpac.com or call direct at (319) 774-8916
