Java Fullstack Lead
Job Description:
Architect, design, and develop both new and existing products, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Lead product development activities, including the design, development, and implementation of application components using Java and Tapestry.
Coordinate with customers and offshore development teams to track deliverables and ensure timely completion.
Conduct design, code, and unit test reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to high-performing development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Debug and resolve complex issues, ensuring smooth and efficient application performance.
Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies, suggesting improvements for better performance and user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements
Must have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Java full-stack development, with a proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality software projects.
Strong hands-on experience in application design and development using Tapestry.
Expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Webservices, Data Structures, Algorithms, and REST API.
Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, frameworks & libraries, web performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
Experience in guiding and leading high-performing development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Jenkins.
Nice to have
Prior experience in product development in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of databases like Oracle DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra.
Familiarity with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
Proficiency with tools and frameworks such as JUnit, JIRA/Bugzilla, CVS/SVN/GIT.
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
