That's a rare skill — and we're looking for exactly that person.We're a Dallas-based Consulting Firm that needs an Experience Medical Coder for an ongoing project. We need someone who can step in, understand the operation quickly, and start contributing. AT A GLANCEJob TypeContract-to-Hire (Full-Time hours) — goal is permanent placementSpecialty:Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) — Out-of-Network billing focusLocation:Dallas, TX — on-site to start; remote flexibility after onboardingPay Range:$54,000 – $66,500/year | Negotiable based on experience & certificationsStart Date:Immediately — we are not in "eventually hiring" modeTexas-Based:Preferred — must be able to come in-office during initial onboardingWHAT YOU'LL DOCode and submit claims for intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services using appropriate CPT codes (95940, 95941, G0453 and related)Manage out-of-network billing, including payer negotiations, appeals, and reimbursement follow-upWork with the team to establish and optimize billing workflows from day oneIdentify and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and payer disputesEnsure compliance with payer-specific billing requirements and OON reimbursement rulesMaintain accurate documentation and support auditing processes as neededYOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:Have direct, hands-on experience coding and billing for IONM / intraoperative neuromonitoring services — this is non-negotiableUnderstand out-of-network billing at a working level: claims, appeals, payer contracts, and reimbursement disputesHold a CPC, CCS, CPMA, or equivalent certification (preferred — but if your experience speaks louder, tell us that)Are Texas-based or willing to be on-site in Dallas for the onboarding period before transitioning to remoteAre available to start quickly — this is not a pipeline roleWork independently, stay organized under pressure, and don't need constant hand-holdingCompany DescriptionEGRAB HR Partners (EGRAB Services) is dedicated to simplifying Human Resources processes for small and mid-sized businesses.
