Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist Locum NeedSchedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Night Call: 4:00 PM 7:00 AM 24-hour weekend call Coverage Dates (Weeks of): May May 25 June 8 June Practice Setting: Hospital-based Cardiac Rehab Unit 228-bed facility Adult and geriatric patient population Average Census: 2 10 patients/day Support Structure: 6 Cardiologists 1 Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgeon 1 Thoracic Surgeon CRNA support in all cases Procedures & Volume: 120 pump cases annually Cardiac surgery (CABG, valve replacements) Thoracic and vascular surgeries Cath lab and endovascular procedures Requirements: Board Certification required (Cardiac fellowship preferred) Active PA license (IMLC may be considered) TEE and DEA certifications required 1 2 years of experience preferred Credentialing: Temporary privileges in 2 3 weeks (clean background required) Full privileges: days EMR: GE Centricity (Outpatient) Cerner (Inpatient)
