A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, focusing on sourcing and assessing candidates Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to hiring managers and leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Experience with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM) and sourcing methods Knowledge of human resources, including legal and regulatory compliance Technical background in IT or engineering is preferred
