Job SummaryYou will manage the front-facing and behind-the-scenes administrative tasks of our busy remodeling office. This role is strictly in-office and requires a dependable individual who can manage paperwork, client communications, and basic scheduling. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls from clients, subcontractors, and vendors.Organize and maintain digital and physical project files.Document Scanning and organizing Microsoft Office Suite tasks. (Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word)Run occasional errands, such as picking up permits or office supplies.RequirementsOffice Suite Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook is mandatory.Reliable Vehicle: Must have a personal car and a valid driver's license for local errands.On-Site Availability: This position is 100% in-office.
