Data Center Engineering Intern (Field & Analytics)Job DescriptionJob Title: Intern / Data Center Engineering Intern (Field & Analytics)Department: Data Center Engineering Reports to: Ciprian BuciumeanJob Summary: We are looking for a motivated intern to support Data Center Engineering and Field Operations initiatives. This role will provide exposure to both hands-on field work and analytical/reporting functions, supporting active deployment projects and operational tracking.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Field / Hands-On SupportAssist field teams with data center deployment activities (rack & stack, infrastructure installs, QA checks)Support site coordination and day-to-day operational tasksObserve and assist with safety and quality processes on-siteAnalytical / Reporting SupportAssist with tracking project progress, workforce data, and key metricsSupport development and maintenance of reports and dashboardsHelp ensure accuracy in documentation and internal systemsAnalyze basic data trends and flag inconsistencies or risksJob Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related softwareAbility to quickly learn new applications and softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyAnalytical mindset with interest in data and reportingWillingness to learn field operations and technical processesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSafety-first mindsetAbility to work 40 hours per weekEducation and Experience:Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)Construction ManagementRelated technical fieldLearning Opportunities:Exposure to large-scale data center deploymentsExperience with both field operations and business/operational analyticsOpportunity to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and project teamsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to verbally communicate and exchange informationAbility to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
