Operations Manager

DescriptionScale Computing is hiring an experienced Indianapolis based Operations Manager to lead our Operations team and keep the business running smoothly across departments. You'll manage a team of Operations Coordinators, own the processes behind orders, provisioning, warranty, licensing, and inventory. Your goal will be to drive improvements by optimizing costs, being faster and more efficient as we scale.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of Operations Coordinators, owning escalations across warranty replacements and returns, support renewals and cases, new business orders, inventory and warehouse, supply chain issues, and third-party license trackingPartner with Implementations, Support, Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and 3rd Party vendors to keep operations efficient and accurateOwn data integrity for our products in our multiple business systemsMaintain global relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and vendors, covering ordering, provisioning and delivery of equipment and servicesRun technology alliance programs with third-party software vendors, including process design, metrics reporting, and partner-facing contentBuild processes and documentation for product launches and end-of-life (EOL) transitionsReview and coordinate pre-sales requests, proofs of concept, hardware trials, demos and deployment activities Requirements5+ years of people and business management experience in an operations capacityBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceA track record of improving processes and solving problems before they escalateStrong business acumen, technical aptitude, and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment with minimal supervisionClear communication with customers and colleagues across roles and skill levels, remote and in personProficiency with Google Workspace; Salesforce and AI experience preferredScale Computing is an equal opportunity employer.
