Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Kermit Tx, We are looking to fill varuous positions with hard work individuals looking to work hands on. Our positions can bleed into other positions depending on the need that day and is determined by management. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment and machinery within a sand plant or similar industrial environmentKnowledge of production processes, plant operations, and quality assurance methodologies within the sand plant, mining, and oilfield sectors.Understanding and adherence to safety protocols, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazardsEffective communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a strong work ethicFlexibility to work in a physically demanding environment and willingness to adapt to varying schedulesPrior experience in the oilfield industry or sand plant operations is needed for most positions. We will consider utility hands with experience in construction and farming. A High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredmust be able to pass a drug screenmust be able to commute and spend long period of times awy from home.
