This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory integrity, supporting high service levels, and protecting high-value products in a fast-paced logistics environment.If you are detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in inventory control within warehousing or logistics operations, we want to hear from you.Note, this is an onsite role, only candidates living within a commutable distance from the location advertised will be considered at this time.What You'll DoMaintain accurate inventory records across WMS, ERP, SOT and customer systemsLead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processesInvestigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, and discrepancieswork with warehouse operations and sales operations to ensure inventory integrity from receiving through shippingSupport inventory security controls, especially for high-value or sensitive productsPrepare inventory reports, KPI metrics, and audit documentationSupport finance, customer, and insurer audits related to inventory controlsIdentify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Bring3–5+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logisticsStrong working knowledge of WMS and ERP(oracle) systemsExperience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and variance analysisHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel and inventory reporting capabilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environmentNice to HaveExperience managing high-value or technology productsExposure to multi-site or global inventory operationsFamiliarity with audit, compliance, or security-driven environments (TAPA, CTPAT, ISO, SOX)Sycomp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
