We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager, Marketing Technology to support a fast-moving MarTech team focused on reimagining marketing workflows through AI and emerging technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can keep complex initiatives moving forward across multiple stakeholders.You’ll play a critical role in supporting roadmap execution, coordinating across business and technical teams, and ensuring continuity across tools, campaigns, and vendor partnerships.Pay: $56.40/hrDuration: 05/25/2026 to 11/30/2026What You’ll DoSupport roadmap execution and project operations across key MarTech initiativesMaintain project trackers, timelines, action logs, and status updatesIdentify risks, dependencies, and decision points; escalate as neededCoordinate cross-functional workflows across Marketing, Creative Technology, Media, Tech, and external vendorsPrepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track next steps to ensure momentumTriage incoming requests, track issues through resolution, and coordinate with appropriate stakeholdersOrganize documentation, shared folders, and project assets across teamsSupport Media team initiatives, including project setup, scheduling, and operational workflowsHelp identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience supporting cross-functional projects, roadmap initiatives, or technology implementations1–2 years of experience working with Marketing teams and/or external vendorsStrong understanding of project management fundamentals (timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination)Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyComfortable partnering with technical teams and translating needs across business and tech stakeholdersStrong communication skills (written and verbal), including meeting notes and status reportingHigh attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountabilityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesProactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment on escalationPlease submit your resume for consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
