IT Lab Support Engineer - Benchtop

We are looking for an experienced IT Lab Support Engineer with a strong background in Pharma or Biotech environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting laboratory IT infrastructure and end-user systems within regulated environments.Key Requirements:Experience working in Pharmaceutical or Biotech companiesStrong understanding of GxP, GMP, and Non-GxP compliance environmentsExpertise in Desktop Support and Windows SupportHands-on experience with lab systems and laboratory IT supportKnowledge of Empower and other laboratory applications/systemsExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues in lab environmentsAbility to support lab instruments, workstations, printers, and peripheral devicesGood understanding of IT infrastructure, ticketing systems, and user support processesStrong communication and coordination skills
