Job DescriptionSenior Infrastructure Platform Engineer/ IaaS Engineer – Roles and Responsibilities 1. Design and engineer End User Devices and related platform Software (e.g., Windows 11)environment standards that, at a minimum, meet the Company’s business and security needs whileoptimizing the Company’s functional, price, and performance requirements2. Collaborate with platform architects to design and implement functional systems.3. Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting including security patching and capacityplanning.4. Support development efforts by building and configuring server infrastructure components as perrequirements.5. Participate in the planning and assisting execution of disaster recovery6. Secure and harden vulnerability findings.7. Assist in performing root cause analysis and remediation of problems as required8. Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performing tuning,troubleshooting, system hardware, installation, firmware patching, and software patching.9. Implement processes and procedures to reduce and eliminate platform-related outages anddowntime.10. Troubleshoot and assist resolve escalated issues.11. Provide design and architecture consulting to the Company as requested
