As the Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control and lead a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role will play a key part in maintaining efficient material flow, supporting field operations, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
The Warehouse Supervisor will manager material sourcing, receiving, cycle counts, equipment staging, warranty returns, and replenishment processes for both the warehouse and company vehicles. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate pricing, maintain vendor-managed inventory, and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing and purchasing necessary materials and equipment to stock the warehouse
Manage full counts and cycle counts of both warehouse and vehicles
Manage warranty returns process
Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing and generator, material receiving process
Manage truck replenishment process, material return process and purchase order process
Manage installations, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment
Manage warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency to streamline operations
Update material costs, and negotiate with suppliers
Responsible for supervising vendor managed inventory.
Skills:
Experience with an inventory management software
Strong knowledge of cycle count and chain of custody best practices
Effectively supervise and prioritizes resources and projects.
Ability to understand and drive key performance indicators in the warehouse.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate a forklift.
