Product Owner-Product ManagementLocation: NYC, NJ/Dresher, PA-Remote for nowDuration: 6+ MonthsJob Description:Remote for now Location Dresher, PA.EST time zone candidates needed. Preferable NYC, NJ or closer to Dresher, PA. Position is remote though once in a quarter may need to travel for team meeting.Must have: Thorough understanding of Retirement Services Domain: 401(k), 403(k) IRA, 529 etc. Minimum 10 years experience in the assigned business domain: 401(k),403(k), IRA, 529, etc.Responsibilities:Creates and maintains the Product Backlog. Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value or ROIAssists with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and SprintRepresents the customer, interfaces and engages the customerParticipates in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Assist in elaboration of Epics, Themes and FeaturesInspects the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work doneMaintains relationships with the business and the client to understand the current and changing needsActively involved in Organizational readiness activitiesPrimary point person internally and externally for the team for updates and feedbackIdentify and maintain the KPIs need to support the team and assigned productRequired Experience and Skills:Thorough understanding of Retirement Services Domain : 401(k), 403(k) IRA, 529 etc. Minimum 10 years experience in the assigned business domain: 401(k),403(k), IRA, 529, etc.Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role with proven experience building and leading a data science organization or practice.
