Benefits: Full benefits package.About the RoleThis role supports customer satisfaction and commercial operations by providing product support, processing orders, managing customer communication, and coordinating closely with operations and sales teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and timely customer quotes based on application and product requirementsProcess and verify customer purchase orders, including pricing, delivery, and shipping detailsCommunicate order status, tracking information, and shipping updates to customersCoordinate rush orders and delivery changes with operations leadershipPrepare and issue commission and sales reports for leadership and sales teamsSupport customers with product questions, applications, and service-related inquiriesConduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide recommendations for improvementMaintain and update customer account information in internal systemsResolve customer complaints and service issues through follow-up and cross-functional coordinationReport customer feedback, market information, and competitive insights to leadershipCollaborate with R&D and Operations to maintain technical product knowledgeSupport safety and ISO compliance initiativesQualificationsAssociate's degree or technical degree required; equivalent experience considered. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. 35 years of sales or customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Inside sales experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
