Combines deep SAP Finance expertise with strategic business insights to design scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions.Act as both Solution Architect and Delivery Leader, ensuring seamless program execution from solution definition to delivery, aligning technology with business objectives, financial governance, and enterprise architecture standards. Oversees system design, interfaces, and implementation principles while managing risk and ensuring program success.Recognized as a thought leader and trusted advisor, this role shapes enterprise finance transformations, drives client partnerships, and guides technical evolution strategies at the highest organizational levels.ResponsibilitiesDeep functional expertise in SAP Finance (FTM), including end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA).Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture and finance data model.Hands-on experience designing and delivering Finance transformation programs; ability to translate finance business requirements into scalable solution architecture and delivery execution.Collaborate effectively with Finance leadership, Controllers, CFO organizations, and delivery teams.Align SAP Finance solutions to enterprise architecture standards and delivery governance models.Lead solution blueprinting, architecture, and program strategy across the full delivery lifecycle.Champion delivery methods, tools, and execution excellence while ensuring capabilities align to market demand.Expert in SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches (greenfield/brownfield) and organizational change.Lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring quality through mobilization of appropriate teams.Understand client pain points, opportunities, and business context.Deliver compelling executive presentations and oral submissions; align stakeholders on vision, scope, roadmap, and outcomes.Lead end-to-end solutioning and proposal responsesLead estimation, resourcing, commercial models, and value-driven business cases.Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree.10+ years of professional experience in SAP and Large Scale Finance (FI/CO) Transformations.5+ full lifecycle implementations, with strong S/4HANA experience.Proven experience delivering S/4HANA greenfield and/or brownfield programs.In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies (BTP, composable enterprise patterns).Demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-workstream programs and cross-functional stakeholder management.Strong workshop facilitation skills.Strong written and verbal executive communication.Experience in consulting environment preferred (Big 4/large SI preferred).SAP certifications relevant to domain expertise.Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) and/or methodology credentials where applicable.
