You'll assist patients with exercises, mobility techniques, and activities to improve their physical strength, mobility, and overall quality of life—all while working independently in the field.Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with prescribed physical therapy exercises and treatmentsMonitor patients' progress and provide feedback to the supervising PTEducate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and safety precautionsMaintain accurate documentation of patient care and progressCommunicate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated careEnsure proper use and maintenance of equipment and suppliesAssist with patient evaluations and goal setting as directed by the PTParticipate in on-call rotation (if required)Qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in CAMinimum of 1 year of PTA experience (home health preferred but not required)Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage a flexible scheduleReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines a plusEMR experience preferredFlexible work from home options available.
