Sales Executive (HVAC)
he OpportunityWe are working with a leading regional commercial mechanical services and construction firm who is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their Service & Construction division. This role is designed for a professional who excels in driving new business while maintaining a hands-on approach to project management. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from identifying prospects and cold-calling to quoting complex mechanical projects and ensuring operational excellence on the job site.What You’ll DoActively identify and secure new customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.Manage the transition of new clients to the service team, ensuring all contracts and service applications are accurately processed.Work closely with customers to define project scopes. You will be responsible for ensuring all materials and labor hours are accounted for in quotes while coordinating with the Sales Manager to hit profitability targets.Partner with dispatching to schedule the right technicians for each job, order necessary materials, and coordinate site deliveries.Visit job sites when possible to ensure the work aligns with the quoted scope and to provide an escalation point for customer inquiries.Maintain meticulous records within Pipedrive, tracking everything from initial prospecting to work completion.The Base Salary for this role is ranging from $70,000-$75,000 with additions to bonuses and commissions. On-Target Earnings within the first year would equate to a total compensation range of $115,000 - $145,000.What You Need to SucceedDemonstrated success in cold-calling and following up on long-term prospects.A strong willingness to learn and develop deep knowledge of HVAC/R trades. Experience in these industries is a significant plus.Ability to manage multiple "Special Projects" simultaneously while keeping detailed records in a CRM.Strong teamwork skills with the capability to work independently and interface effectively between customers, management, and field technicians.A valid Driver’s License is required.Ability to lift an average of 25 lbs and navigate job sites (standing, bending, kneeling, etc.) in addition to standard office tasks.
