The Sales Associate will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions from CR Systems' product line. Daily tasks will include prospecting, lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying informed on industry trends to effectively communicate the value of CR Systems' innovative offerings. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and account managementExperience in Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Business DevelopmentExceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilitiesFamiliarity with relevant software tools, such as Sales CRM platformsKnowledge of industries such as UAVs, robotics, marine systems, or similar technology-driven sectors is a plusSelf-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentRelevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
