Aquatic Physical or Occupational Therapist

Looking for a new way to experience Physical /Occupational Therapy and be creative? We have a very active, aquatic PT program and are looking for one to two part time mermaids or mermen!Our pool program is growing and we are looking to add a part time therapist on Mondays 2-5/Tuesdays 10-2.I am open to one or possibly both days depending on your schedule.The best fit for this position is someone who loves the water, and wants to help patients in an innovative fashion. Previous aquatic experience is appreciated , but if not we will give you the skills that are needed.Treatments are 1:1. The pool is heated, full size and has a lift as well as ladders to enter and exit pool.ResponsibilitiesAssess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time framesPrepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goalsEnsure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patientQualificationsBachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculumCertification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
