Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator-PACE

PACE, a member of Empath Health is seeking a meticulous, outgoing and goal-driven Bilingual Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to join our team in Pinellas Park, FL. In this role, the Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator is accountable to supporting the team with various tasks to advance enrollment into PACE. These tasks including coordinating fun and engaging events in the community as well as in the Center, conducting tours at the center, running Medicaid eligibility, assisting with enrollment intakes.
