Explain features and components of products and the functions of those products, and constructively comment on work conditions, methods, and procedures at the jobsite.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise/assist in troubleshooting of problems, installation, assembly or disassembly of pumps, and/or sealsTravel to jobsites worldwide upon dispatching by Field Service ManagerResponsible for completing and forwarding to corporate office all necessary paperwork for all jobsInform closest Service Center of any potential sales activities while at siteSupports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assignedQualifications / RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience in pump factory or Service Center with skills in different work processes of pump manufacturing, assembly, or testing—Sulzer Apprenticeship Program meets these requirementsExcellent written, verbal, negotiation, and listening skillsStrong ability to utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems and customer complaintsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills, with proficiency in latest “Microsoft” software.
