Former truck drivers are highly encouraged to apply! (This is negotiable - trucking experience HIGHLY preferred, but not necessarily required) Communication: Proven customer service experience with the ability to confidently handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and texts daily.Work Ethic: Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong multitasking skills.Home Office Setup: Must own a reliable laptop, smartphone, high-speed internet connection, and have a quiet, professional workspace free of background noise. Must also have a phone number to use for contacting drivers. You can use personal number or a service that provides a number with calling/texting capabilities.Training & OnboardingWe invest in your success from day one. Selected candidates must complete a mandatory 3-day training module. Upon completion, you must pass an assessment testing your knowledge of the onboarding course to officially contract with us.
