ForemanA growing remodeling company is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead large-scale projects and oversee multiple crews. This role is responsible for managing daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong carpentry experience who can work independently, guide teams, and maintain strong communication with customers and project leadership.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily job site operations and multiple crewsCollaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on trackLead team meetings and delegate daily tasksWork hands-on to support project completionMonitor quality, safety, and productivity on-siteTrain and mentor team membersCommunicate updates, changes, and needs to PM and customersCoordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractorsComplete daily logs, photos, and required documentationMaintain organized job sites, tools, and inventoryQualifications and Skills9+ years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)Leadership experience in construction or field operationsAbility to read blueprints and manage projectsStrong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of safety standards and job site practicesAbility to work independently and problem-solveValid Driver's License requiredAbility to lift 75 lbs and work in various conditionsBenefits/CompensationFull TimeFirst shiftM,T,T,F - 8am - 4:30pm & W - 7:30am - 4:30pm$30+/hr based on experienceOvertime available on a job to job basisCovering area: Erie, Buffalo, Ashtabula (and surrounding areas)Temp to hire or Direct Hire positionWeekly pay while employed through Career ConceptsBenefits available while employed through Career ConceptsLocationErie, PAAbout Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.
