Night Skilled Operator / Whey Department

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to grow with us.What You'll DoOperate and monitor whey filtration and separation systemsLoad cream and WPC trucks safely and efficientlyCollect and document product samples as requiredManage silo levels, including switching and performing CIP (Clean-in-Place) processesCoordinate with permeate truck drivers for loading and logisticsOperate whey separators to ensure proper product separationTransfer and handle product as needed throughout the processAssist in pasteurizing cream used in butter productionMonitor computerized production and cleaning systemsTroubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficiencyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSupport team operations and take on additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For18 years of age or olderLegally authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningBasic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyComfortable making decisions and taking ownership of tasksTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support othersScheduleThursday - Saturday from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am (every other Wednesday)Alternating 4 days or 3 days off per week.Pay Training pay starts at $18.80/Hour with a potential to reach $22.30/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
