In this role, you will support the design and analysis of drainage and hydraulic systems, working closely with experienced engineers on projects that help shape the state's future. Join a collaborative team where you can develop your technical skills, gain hands-on project experience, and grow as an engineer while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects.Responsibilities & QualificationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams on diverse projects, such as stormwater master drainage studies, stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, final drainage analysis and design, flood studies, bridge hydraulics, and Low-Impact Development planning and design.Prepare hydrologic studies, drainage reports, drainage plans and specifications, FEMA Letters of Map Revision, and other various design documents.Participate in industry training and workshops.Join associations and participate in industry conferences and conventions to develop peer and client networks.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field1+ years of relevant engineering design experience with surface water, watershed management experience or drainage master planningKnowledge or familiarity with ArcGIS, QGIS, Microstation, Civil3D, StormCAD, ArcGIS, SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS or other related hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design software.Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.Additional InformationWe believe in recognizing the unique value that each individual brings to our team.
