Production Manager

Job Description The is a manufacturing company based in San Jose, CA. The company specializes in med tech, R&D, and supply chain needs and is ISO 13485 certified and AS 9100 compliant. This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production schedule, managing a team of machinists and technicians, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining quality control standards. Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing; machining-based production is a plus! Experience in production management or related fields demonstrated track record in improving efficiencies in people, flows, and machining processes utilizing the talents of other's experience with manufacturing processes and procedures Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with ISO 13485 and AS 9100 compliance is a plus A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,380.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Precision manufacturing: 5 years (Required) Manufacturing machining-based production: 10 years (Required) Manufacturing processes and procedures: 5 years (Required) ISO 13485 and AS 9100 compliance: 5 years (Required) Production manager: 10 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: San Jose, CA 95136: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
