ResponsibilitiesOur Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and business partners.As a Regional Wellbeing Specialist (for AMS), you will adapt and support global programs at a regional level in order to deliver effective, needs-based, culturally appropriate and evidence-based wellbeing solutions. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a variety of internal teams to provide scalable physical and psychological health solutions, and make strong impacts on the company's growth and the wellbeing of its people.Candidates should have a solid background in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple internal and external stakeholders are also essential.Responsibilities:- Work closely with regional leaders and stakeholders to tailor, implement and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework; provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation and evaluation.- Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and site health reports for in-house teams within the AMS region including the United States, Mexico, Canada, and South America. - Build deep knowledge expertise at the site(s) level to recommend and deliver effective and tailored wellbeing programming interventions, customized to cultural needs and aligned with organizational goals.- Set and monitor wellbeing productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site(s) support. - Provide subject matter expertise and be a trusted business partner through providing evidence-based wellbeing solutions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, providing deep insights, opinions and consultations based on professional judgement, internal employee feedback, site visits and data analysis.- Drive wellbeing-related training and engagements at site(s) and with outsourced partners, including attendance at business reviews, wellbeing forums and stakeholder meetings. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the wellbeing strategy, making adjustments as needed.- Ensure compliance to the country or region legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety and statements of work in relation to wellbeing programming on assigned site(s). - Willingness to travel up to 30% is required for this role.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour field.- 3 years of experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.- Solid working knowledge of business operations metrics and structure.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders.- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:- Working knowledge of Trust & Safety operations workflows and environments.- Experience of leading the development and evaluation of behaviour change interventions in applied settings.- Experience of independently leading work streams/projects within larger programmes.- Strong resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.Trust & SafetyContent that this role interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
